Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Trade Business Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the global market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the textile industry.
Responsibilities include effectively managing the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets. Design, implement, and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's market presence. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market trends, staying informed about new products, industry developments, and competitive activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. The manager will also be tasked with training and mentoring sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts and agreements with international clients, ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations and company policies.
Requirements include intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is essential. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, is required. The candidate must possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels. Experience in the textile or spinning and weaving industry is mandatory, with preference given to candidates with a relevant academic background or extensive work experience in the field.
